The bite is fire right now spring is in full swing!! Saltwater Hitman Outfitters is located in Cedar Key and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters. Cedar key is known for being one of the best fisheries in the Big Bend area. These waters are known for producing some of the best fish with the large and healthy grass flats that are jam-packed with opportunities.
Capt. Cameron will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. He specializes in bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, jigging, popping, and spinning, all to get you on that bite. This involves 4 to 8-hour trips, mainly fishing for Redfish, Snook, Tripletail, Spanish Mackerel, Sheepshead, and Speckled Trout, depending on the season and conditions on the day.
Your fishing adventure starts on a 20’ Shearwater boat that can safely take up to 4 anglers. This boat features a wireless trolling motor. The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you’ll need for a productive day on the water. No need to worry about fishing licenses, as they will be provided and handled by the charter.
The price of your trip also includes complimentary drinks, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Please let the captain know if you have any questions or special requests. Up for a family trip? This is a children-friendly business, so bring your loved ones to share these memories with.

Cedar Key with Capt. Cameron
We loved our trip with Capt. Cameron. He is very knowledgeable of the waters around Cedar Key and worked hard to find fish for us. And that he did. We caught our limit of trout and had lots of action. Cameron is an easy going sort, very patient and helpful. My wife is not an experienced angler and he made her day a lot of fun. She is already asking when we can come back to Cedar Key and fish with him again.

Fantastic fishing trip!
Cameron was a knowledgeable, professional, and fun captain for our fishing excursion on Cedar Key. He kept us engaged and brought us to some great spots for a nice haul of speckled trout. He filleted them and we had them cooked up at Steamers, just walking distance from the dock. We appreciate Cameron and will definitely be back for another round.

Most Marvelous Monday Morning!
Capt. Cameron put us right on the fish. The entire trip was amazing. We happened upon a herd of mating manatee. Didn't see that coming. Wont forget it or any of this trip. Perfectly wonderful day. We went to a food truck on our hosts recommendation. Had our catch cooked perfectly for our lunch. Don't pass up this experience.

Simply amazing
Our trip with Captain Cameron exceeded our expectations. My boyfriend and I had the best time. We caught so many fish, including some great keeper reds and trout. Captain Cameron was super professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him for both beginners and seasoned fishers alike! We will definitely book again soon!! Thanks again!

Full Day Trip
One more adventure.
Took my kids out for the full day. Told Capt what our goal was for the day…man oh man, he did not disappoint. Those rods zinged all day and he was calling my kids by name during the trip. Absolute beast of a fisherman and captain, but even kinder man. We’ll be back for that one that got away!
