Captain Cook Charters is located in Warwick and offers to show you a memorable time in the rich waters of Narragansett Bay.
Captain Donald Cook will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. He specializes in light tackle action, so expect to try bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, and spinning – all to get you on that bite. This involves 4-hour trips, mainly fishing for Seabass, Flounder, Bluefish, Bass, and Scup, depending on the season and conditions on the day.
Your adventure begins on board a 29' Blackfin Combi sportfishing boat that can fit 4 anglers very comfortably and up to 6 people by special request. The boat is fitted with a toilet, so you won't have to worry about getting caught short. Meanwhile, all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you need are included in the price.
As for fishing licenses, everything will be taken care of by the captain so you don't have to worry about it, and the price of your trip also includes complimentary snacks and drinks. Of course, you're welcome to bring your own. Please let the captain know if you have any questions or special requests.
This is a children-friendly charter, so you can bring the kids on for a fun fishing adventure. At the end of your trip, you'll get to keep your catch to take home for dinner – just don't forget to bring an ice box to keep it fresh. But unfortunately, I am unable to provide fish cleaning services, so all fish that are taken home most be whole.

We all caught a variety fish including a 30" dog fish, some nice flounder, golden breem, and black sea bass. Highly recommend Captain Cook for a great day on the water.

We didnt have any kids on our outing however Captain Don shared many stories of some memorable outings and I could tell he enjoys the kids. Remember sunscreen & sun/fishing hat and cold hard cash for tip $$. Both Hannah amd I would use this charter if we were to return to Rhode Island for work in the future.

Keeper flounder, 37” dog fish!, sea robin, black sea bass and scup. Kids had a blast and Captain Cook is great with the kids and has stories for everyone. We’ll repeat for sure!

The fish didnt seem to want to bite at first but Captain Don found the fish for us and we ended the day catching multiple blue fish and a GIANT striper. 10 out of 10 day! Captain Don was awesome! He was more than helpful with baiting our hooks and removing the fish we caught. He brought us to some great spots where we caught over 20 fish. Because he lives in the area he pointed out some cool places and had great stories to tell. We would definitely do another trip with Captain Don!

Beautiful day out on the water! We caught almost about 30 fish in less than 4 hours , and even got some small shark! Ron provided everything; poles, bait, snacks, drinks. But most importantly good vibes and some great stories! I highly reccomend Captain Cook Charters for your next fishing trip! We will for sure be back!

Captain Cook was great. We went with two guys and two four year olds. Boat was comfortable for the kids and gave them a place to sit in the shade which was huge. He was also great with them, very engaging and helpful. Most importantly he got us on the fish. Would recommend.
