Bottom fishing, trolling, fly fishing, jigging, popping, spearfishing, spinning - name it, and the captain will help you do it! Apart from various angling approaches, the captain will share his tips and tricks on targeting species like Barracuda, Sailfish, Marlin, Amberjack, Little Tunny, and Golden Dorado.

Their 25' Ocean Pro boat can fit a maximum of 7 anglers. The boat is fitted with an ice box and wireless trolling motor. So, you'll easily reach your fish and then safely store it in the ice box. And, of course, you'll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip.

You'll find free drinks on the boat for your convenience, but you're always welcome to pack your own drinks and snacks should you want to. All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. Please keep in mind you'll NOT need to get a fishing license before the start of the trip.

The captain runs trips together with his first mate, who's there to help you with whatever you may need. Tips are always appreciated for a job well done. They're very good with kids, so feel free to bring your entire family on this adventure!

Great day of fishing and snorkeling

3/4 DAY FISHING TRIP on December 20, 2025 • 4 adults

My family of 4 had a great time with Javier and Raymond.  We caught a lot of fish and they cleaned them so we could bring them back and cook at our condo.  They took us snorkeling at a great site just south of Playa del Carmen where we saw a lot of colorful fish, a couple of string rays and a turtle.  Six hours was the perfect amount of time.  If the sea is choppy and someone in your group gets motion sickness they will feel it, but that is going to be true for any of these fishing vessels, especially while you are bait fishing.

Amazing time

HALF DAY FISHING TRIP on January 4, 2026 • 2 adults

We caught a lot of fish. The captain was very friendly and professional and helped my son a lot. My son was in heaven. Totally recommend this trip, and the price was the best one I found. It was worth it. Will repeat it again next time we visit playa del Carmen . After, they cleaned and cut the fish and told the restaurant to cook it. We had grilled fish and fresh ceviche.

we had a great day

HALF DAY FISHING TRIP on January 16, 2026 • 2 adults

we only did the 4 hr trip so we stayed pretty close to shore.  we caught one king fish on the way out while trolling, and then spent the rest of the day anchored to catch smaller fish.  if you want to catch big fish only, pay the money for the longer day.  luis and raymond were great!

Great Crew

We had to turn around after about 15min because my youngest daughter (6) was a little nervous.  Crew was fantastic and offered to take us shallower to make her feel comfortable.  Very thoughtful and kind guys.  Highly recommend!

great first fishing experience for my young boys
