From beginning to end, working with Camila’s choosing charter was one of the best events/tours that I’ve ever done.  Antonio was quick to respond to all of my questions, the instructions were clear (just go to the pier end ask for Antonio… the helpers on the pier get the right boat over to you).

It was perfect weather for us amc we got to watch the simmering and see several whales which was a nice bonus.  Our captain; Francisco, was super nice and experienced and combined with his knowledge about the bay and a bit of luck we caught a huge (25 pound) Amberjack fish!

I would highly recommend booking a fishing charter with Camila’s Sport Fishing!  Even if the fish aren’t biting when you go, you’ll have a really nice morning on the bay.

I was clear from the jump.  I wanted to catch fish we could eat.  And I wanted to catch plenty of them.  And we did just that.  The Captain recommended we get an early start.  We met up early, he had a plan to catch a bunch of bait, and within 30 minutes we had the first fish in the boat.  It was exactly what I wanted.  And towards the end we had time to see if we could drum up a rooster.  No luck.  But the captain knew exactly where to go and what set up to use and we were on fish all morning .  If you want to catch fish and will listen to the captain, you will do just that with this captain.  He will tell you bottom line if it’s good for catching snapper on the reef, or to chase mahi, or sails, or whatever.  If the wife decides were going back to Puerto Vallarta,  I will be booking again.

Antonio was fantastic. Took my wife and I spearfishing for mahi. Saw tons of fish and brought home a bunch! He adjusted to fit what we wanted by getting us spearfishing equipment. He also made us fresh ceviche with some of our catch, and it was fantastic! If you are looking for someone to put you on the fish, show you a good time, and adjust to your wishes, Antonio and his crew are the obvious choice!

Captain Antonio could. It make trip but had a great crew in place, Maldi captained the boat and Aldo 1st mate were excellent and on the hour long trip to the fishing grounds you could tell they both were very passionate and enthusiastic young fisherman themselves, put us on fish catching a 100kg Blue Marlin and then a double header Sailfish all were landed

Antonio and Yosman were a great duo as our fishing guides. They let us know what fish to expect before we went out and they were right on the mark. We had non stop action during our 4 hour trip and caught more than enough fish for multiple dinners. They filleted the fish on the boat so the fillets were all ready to go once we got back to the dock. One of our favorite excursions from our week long trip on PV and we will definitely try to book them again when we come back.
