Tight Lines Fishing Puerto Rico runs angling trips out of San Juan and offers to show you what the local fishery is all about.
Capt. David will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. He specializes in trolling, fly fishing, and spinning, all to get you on that bite. This involves 4-hour trips, mainly fishing for differenr types of Snapper,baby shakrs, Snook, Jack Crevalle and Tarpon, depending on the season and conditions of the day.
Your boat for the day will be a Bass Cat 22' that fits up to 5 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with an ice box, livewell, multiple rood holders perfect for this technique.
All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. All that's up to you is to use it as best you can. The captain will supply all the needed fishing licenses for your trip.
You're welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip.
The price of your trip also includes complimentary snacks and drinks, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please let the captain know if you have any questions or special requests.

I brought three children on the trip and Captain David worked hard, moved to multiple spots until we found the fish. Each kid caught multiple snappers and all three kids got hooked up on some tarpon. David was super accommodating and great with the kids and super knowledgeable and knows how to put you on the fish! Thank you for the great experience!
I was able to fish with my own equipment and lures while bait soaked on the Captain's. I lost a Ladyfish and a Snook on my equipment. The Captain got me hooked up on my first Tarpon, a small one, and a few minutes later I got my PB Tarpon at about 45lbs. That was the biggest fish I have ever caught!! The bites slowed down on the back half of the trip and we tried several spots, but that's why it's called fishing and not catching! Captian Baez was knowledgeable of the area and we had a great conversation during the trip. I highly recommend using Tight Lines PR on your next charter that you want to book! While everyone might not catch a big tarpon, the Captain knows how to provide the best opportunity to have a chance! Thanks again!
David was great, the bite was slow, but we moved around and then hooked in the tarpon. It was great time, much different than what I am accustomed to back.home, they jump and fight like crazy. Iwould definitely do it again. 
Capt David provided an excellent afternoon of tarpon fishing for myself and 2 boys aged 10 and 14, the 14 year old had never fished before. Captain David had us on the fish from the start, gave great instructions and both boys started catching tarpon almost immediately. I also caught several tarpon including the biggest fish I've ever caught. We all loved the experience and I am looking forward to a return trip soon.
Had a wonderful time. Captain David was great with our three boys (7, 8 and 10). Everyone got a fish. It was so peaceful and beautiful on the water. We could have stayed all day.

Capt. David started fishing when he was a boy. He used to fish near the rivers and streams close to his home in San Juan, Puerto Rico. At the age of 13, he started kayaking and tube fishing in the urban waters of the San José and Torrecillas lagoons with some of his best friends who are now also proficient Tarpon guides. This experience led Capt. David to consider becoming a fishing guide. He has since been guiding for over 15 years for different renowned companies. The captain is well-known for his hard work on the Tarpon grounds. He will use all his skills to get you the perfect shot at the fish every time.
