Amazing Birthday fishing trip
Inshore Am fishing on June 4, 20262 adults

We had an incredible fishing trip in San Juan, Puerto Rico! From the moment we stepped aboard, the captain was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure everyone felt comfortable and took the time to explain the fishing techniques and local waters. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the excitement of reeling in fish made the experience unforgettable. The captain worked hard to put us on the fish and were always attentive, helping whenever needed while keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed. Whether you're an experienced angler or trying fishing for the first time, this trip is a must-do in Puerto Rico. The boat was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a great day on the water. This was one of the highlights of our vacation, and we would book again without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone visiting San Juan and looking for an authentic, exciting, and memorable fishing adventure!

Created memories for a lifetime
Inshore Am fishing on May 20, 20262 adults

Captain Luis was so friendly and informative during our trip. He taught us how to properly hold the rod and how to reel in a way that would not leave us too tired. It was a slow start (not his fault at all, that's the nature of fishing), but he worked so hard to make sure we got on some fish. We caught a grouper, multiple snappers, and multiple barracudas. My son caught two very large barracudas and it left him with an enormous smile on his face. This is something he/ I will never ever forget. It was an incredible experience and created memories that will last a lifetime. Truly so thankful for this opportunity, and it wasn't possible without captain luis. Highly recommend him to everybody!!

Mahi Mahi hit in late April - with a great crew!
4 or 6 hour's Offshore! Trip!? on April 29, 20263 adults

OUR DAY WAS PERFECT! Luis and his mate Danny were amazing. Absolutely book your trip with them no matter what fish you're going for!! I messaged a week out to ask about best day based in weather and Luis was responsive and flexible. On the boat they were fun, played good music, chatted about catches, pets, sightseeing and good local spots to hike and check out cool caves. My nephew just turned 16 and he caught a Mahi Mahi once before and was dyin to get another because "it was the best fish he ever ate". Any captain said the season is near its end but Luis and Danny know what they're doing. they use the birds, seaweed, and floating wood to find the flying fish which hopefully leads to Mahi Mahi. We got the line bit off 3 times by barracuda and then brought one on board for a pic. The next two hours were slow but still fun to enjoy the cruise. Then - BOOM! We hit hard! Four Mahi Mahi on board in a matter of 15 minutes!!! It was exhilarating!!! For photos Luis positioned us for some cool pics on the boat on our way out. On the way back we did the same with our haul in hand. Luis had a GoPro and took some cool under water photos and pics of the Mahi Mahi jumping in the air before bringing on board. He sent me these a bit after we finished. Back on the dock we met up with Kabela the dock kitty and her son that we dubbed Oreo for his black and white colors. They were the sweetest cats patiently waiting for scraps. We also fed the Mahi Mahi skin to some good sized Tarpons which was fun to watch. Top it all off, they pulled out soy and wasabi and cut out some meat near the bones for instant sashimi! It was DELICIOUS! Back at our Airbnb we cooked up a filet (one for 3 people) and enjoyed an amazing dinner. We have just enough fish for us to enjoy the rest of the trip with the 3 fish we took (gave one to Luis and his dad that met us on the dock). CHOOSE LUIS FOR YOUR TRIP!

We had a great trip!
4 or 6 Hour Trip – Reef Fishing on May 30, 20263 adults

We started out trolling for tuna, after about 45 minutes of nothing, Luis switched gears and we drift fished for Spanish Mackerel. We slayed it. Every couple of minutes we had a good fight and landed a decent fish. One of the boys got seasick in the rolling swell and the other started to turn green so we headed inshore to flat water looking for Tarpon. Luis moved the boat to several different spots but didn't get anything. It wasn't for lack of trying though. Luis really tried to get us on the fish. It wasn't a pretty great trip!

Great Experience
4 or 6 hour's Offshore! Trip!? on February 26, 20261 adult2 children

I initially booked an off shore trip for my son's birthday. The wind was high the whole week of our trip, making off shore unsafe, but Luis kept in contact with me and gave me a heads-up a few days before. We wanted to keep our booking and change it to in-shore due to the weather. It was still high winds but Luis really worked hard at making it the best experience and value. My kids loved him and they have amazing memories and first-time experience. Great communication, flexible options, easy to work with, hard worker, great value.
