The boats used by Lost Bay Guide Service have the best and most up-to-date tools for the job. The 25’ Blackjack is equipped with Lowrance HDS touch screen electronics as well as a GPS and VHF radio to assist the captain with putting you on fish.
Whether you’re planning to fish inshore or offshore, this boat will provide a comfortable, dry ride. All fishing equipment will be provided on the trip and consists of Star and Key Largo custom spinning rods with Shimano Stradic reels and Skeet Reese casting rods with Johnny Morris Signature series reels.
Inshore trips will involve fishing for Redfish, Trout, Snapper, Flounder, Mackerel, and Grouper. Our team covers the area from Pensacola, Florida, to Mobile Bay, Alabama and always keeps a close eye on where the fish are biting in the area. Offshore charters travel up to nine miles out to target Snapper, Grouper, Triggerfish, Flounder, Sheepshead, Mackerel, and Grouper.
The fleet consists of four Captains: Capt. Rick, Capt Clay, Capt, Jake and Capt. Johnathan. All four have a lot of knowledge and experience to share with you, so make sure to book today for a trip of a lifetime!

We booked this trip as a joint birthday present for our two kids. The bite didn't start out fantastic, but by the end we were sight fishing a huge school of triggerfish and catching all the sea bass we wanted! Captain Blake never gave up and kept us having fun the whole morning! We landed so many new species and even my wife, a self-proclaimed non-fisher, caught so many fish she was completely worn out. We will definitely be booking another trip as soon as we run out of the the sea bass, vermillion snapper, and grouper we brought home!
our trip was booked with lost bay but we got overflowed to captain blake rigby. it turned into one of th best saltwater charters i have ever been on. captain blake knew his stuff and put us on the reds and snappers. he was even able to put us on some sharks. they were big ones. too big for the tackle but still a blast to hold onto for a minute. thanks captain blake and thanks bill willis for calling on blake for our charter
the entite community lost power and Jake still came through to fish. Started morning cast netting for live bait which the fish ate like candy ! redfish , snapper, flounder, et al. diversity of species and water covered. bonus navy blue angels practice while fishing.
Our trip started out slow with rough weather and high winds. It's was looking a little hit or miss right at the beginning, but Captain Blake Rigby kept spirits high and got the job done. By the end of the trip both of my girls and I had landed several fish. He cleaned our fish for us when we got back and recommended a few restaurants that would cook our catch. I would recommend Captain Blake to anyone.
Jake was great explaining the situation and what he felt would be the best fishing situation for a successful trip! We were on fish as soon as we got stopped to our fishing spot. Jake could tell what we were hooked up on before he even seen the fish! We had a blast and caught some nice fish!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a good guy and knowledge of the weather and fish!
