Lost Bay Guide Service’s boats are furnished with the best and most up to date tools for the job. The 24ft Skeeter’s smooth, dry ride is particularly appreciated by charter guests, and its upper station controls allow guests to experience the ultimate thrill of sight fishing for their target fish. The boat is powered by a reliable 300 HP Yamaha 4-Stroke engine that can get you to the fishing grounds fast whether you are heading inshore or offshore, while an i-Pilot trolling motor by MinnKota will serve you well when targeting spooky inshore fish. Fitted with the latest in side imaging electronics, this superb vessel will provide everything you need for a productive fishing trip.

Capt. Bill will guide you around the inshore areas from Pensacola to Mobile Bay or up to 9 miles offshore in the same area. If you decide to fish inshore you can target Redfish, Trout, Snapper, Flounder, Sheepshead, Sharks, Mackerel and Grouper, depending on the season and conditions. Offshore charters usually target Snapper, Grouper, Triggerfish, Sharks,  Cobia, Mackerel and Grouper. All fishing equipment is provided, Star and Key Largo custom spinning rods with Shimano Stradic reels and Skeet Reese casting rods with Johnny Morris Signature series reels.

Capt. Bill is an IGFA certified captain who is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association and the Orange Beach Fishing Association. With over 25 years experience fishing the waters surrounding Pensacola, Perdido Key, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, Capt Bill and his team of Captains have the confidence to offer the area’s only “Catch Fish Guarantee”.

Captain Bill Willis is an IGFA Certified Captain, and is a member of the Coastal Conservation Association and the Orange Beach Fishing Association, and has fished professionally on the IFA Redfish Tour. Holding a USCG Captain license since 2004, Bill is a native of Pensacola, Florida and has fished the waterways surrounding Perdido Key, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach for over twenty five years. In addition to his local knowledge, he has fished Key West, Marquesas Islands, Sebastians Inlet, Mosquito Lagoon, Indian River, Apalachicola, Sarasota sound, Indian Pass, Louisiana Marsh, and most lakes and ditches in between. Captain Bill has two boys of his own, and enjoys teaching young anglers how to get the most out of every fishing trip. Bill spends almost everyday on the water following the patterns of this great fishery. Once a general manager for one of the world’s largest retailers, Bill jumped at the opportunity to fulfill his life-long dream of being a full-time fishing guide.

Fishing was slow wind was steady and strong, still able to find supper!! Excellent experience, my son and myself had a great morning fishing and learning about the history of the Orange Beach/Perdido area. Captain Bill has a top self service going here and we will be back next year!!!

Captain did a great job, we didn’t catch a lot of fish but Mother Nature was working against us.
Planning another trip in November when the red fish are moving.

Great experience! Kids caught plenty of fish and were able to see dolphins. Well worth it!!
