Locked with Lorensen is owned and operated by a local family man, Captain Ryan Lorensen, from the Oswego County area. He offers trips for any NYS freshwater species that you would like to target. There is no experience required to go on one of these trips and even if it's your first time fishing, Ryan is confident that he can get you hooked up and having a good time.
You'll be fishing on an 18' Tracker Targa Deep V that accommodates up to 3 guests. This multispecies boat features navigational electronics, a live bait tank, and a cooler.
Your guide Ryan is an expert when it comes to catching trophy Salmon and Trout out of the world-famous Salmon river throughout all of the fall and early spring. During late spring and throughout the summer he runs Charters on Oneida lake and the finger lakes to target Lake Trout, Atlantic Salmon, Tiger Musky, Walleye, Northern Pike, Bass, Yellow Perch, and many others.
Ryan also does guided ice fishing trips, but that's a story for the winter.
All of the bait and tackle needed is covered by the captain. After the trip, he'll also clean and fillet your catch if you request it prior to the day of the trip. You'll need to prepare your fishing licenses and pack your food and drinks for the day.

We had a very successful trip catching lake trout for the first time thanks to Ryan… we would absolutely book with him again!

Second time out with Ryan after catching a boat load if monster lake trout at Cayuga. today, he led us to at leat 20 count at Otisco … including 6 tigers - with 2 monsters easily over 10 lbs each. Great, patience guide

Early morning on Cayuga. 5 min ride across lake, set up, drop in, jigged for 3 hours and landed 3, trolled for 3 hours and landed another 6 or so. Me and my 11 year old. Son lost a couple, cuz it's not easy, but he landed the largest of the day, and that one whooped him. So much fun. Luckily it was cloudy for the first 5 hours, then it got hot fast. Definitely recommended. Captain's skills and equipment were top notch.
