Your guide, Capt. Pete Henderson owns and operates Endorfin Fishing LLC out of Fairfield, Connecticut. Pete was born and raised in Fairfield, CT and has been fishing Long Island Sound for 30 years. He is featured in magazines and very well known in New England for his consistent success, getting his clients on trophy striped bass, tuna on spin gear and false albacore and bonito! Fishing with Pete, whether it be fly or spin - will allow you to benefit from years of local experience. During the summer months, the local bottom fishing (scup, black sea bass, and fluke) becomes a popular choice, if you want to bring home dinner! We do it all!
These waters are known for Striped Bass, Bluefish, false albacore, Bonito, Bluefin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Black Seabass, Fluke, and more!
You'll find yourself aboard a beautiful 19' Bay boat. It comes with all the essentials, including sonar-side imaging technology. On our trip, you can expect to be using only the best gear available. Capt. Pete will have rods and reels for you, as well as all of the lures and gear, needed. Live bait is included (if necessary). All fish will be released, unless otherwise requested!
Planning a family adventure? Kids are welcome! Life jackets are provided! Snacks are never a bad idea – luckily, Capt. Pete will have some on board!
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
Make sure to bring sunblock, hat, bottled water, sunglasses and SOMETHING TO EAT Drinks will be available for you. There will be some light snacks and waters available on board.

Awesome trip with Captain Pete. My boy (12) and I had a blast, we hooked some fish, and really enjoyed the day. High recommended captain who knows where to find the fishing hot spot and keep his party happy!

My daughter and I had an amazing time. Captain Pete was just as emotionally invested in us catching fish as we were. We were able to land several amazing fish he also new where to fish. Even if we didn't catch anything it would still have been worth it. Double 👍👍

Captain Pete was a great guide who showed a couple of freshwater fisherman used to bass, trout and pike how to fish for albies. He put us on many fish and showed us how to cast and fish for these tuna. Was a great instructor and fun to spend the afternoon with. My dad and I couldn’t have had a better afternoon than we could have expected and be booking another trip out on the sound with Captain Pete again!!!

Captain Pete was amazing! Took me and my fiancé out fishing for his birthday. Pete knew my fiancé wanted to catch a striped bass and did everything he could to make sure we caught one! Very personal, friendly, and helpful captain definitely recommend to anyone

Capt Pete was awesome, put us right on the mark, caught one on first cast. We caught and released a total of 7 Striped Bass, all over 30 lbs, and two black bass. Amazing time and now a new friend. We will be coming back often!
