Casting Nets Guide Service
If fishing in Lake Superior is on your bucket list, look no further than Casting Nets Guide Service. Captain Dave Schulz has had a passion for fishing for as long as he can remember, and it shows by the smile on his face every time someone is reeling in a fish.
These waters are known for Brown Trout, Steelhead, Lake Trout, Walleye, Coho Salmon, Chinook Salmon, and more – with any luck, it won't be long before 'Fish on!' You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, trolling, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Now that's dinner!
Capt. Dave welcomes you aboard a 21' Aluminum fishing with a capacity for 4 passengers. It has downriggers and all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a Wisconsin fishing license with the Great Lakes Trout stamp. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. A few items to bring include snacks, drinks, sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor and glass bottles.

My group had a great day with Captain Dave! Fishing was slow to start for all anglers around the lake and Captain Dave worked very hard to find aome fish and was successful! we caught plenty of fish and he was a great guide! Extremely nice guy! Included in my group was my 7 yesr old niece and Captain Dave was phenominal with her! great trip, great guide, highly recommended!

Fun day! Thanks Derek.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids 14,15) had a wonder time on our trip! Captain Dave was not only very experienced and knowledgeable about fishing, but was also a tour guide. He gave us a lot of history of the islands and surrounding area. He also was very eager to get us involved as much or as little as each of us preferes. We had a great time!

thanks for fishing with me!
Captain Dave not only put us on fish but was very friendly and taught us how and why he was doing things the way he was and answered any questions we had
