Early Riser Charter Fishing
Early Riser Charter Fishing is all about fishing the stunning waters of Duluth, North Shore & South Shore, the Apostle Islands and Chequamegon Bay. With Captain Carl at the helm, you're in knowledgeable and experienced hands (Over 30 years).
The Boat is trailerable (mobile to the location the fishing experience is most likely to be best) and will save travel time before starting to fish!
These waters are known for Lake Trout, Coho Salmon, Chinook Salmon, Walleye, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Smallmouth Bass, and Muskie in the late Fall – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. On the day of your trip you're likely to troll.
Early Riser Charter Fishing welcomes kids aboard, however check first with Capt. Carl before booking.
Don't forget to bring snacks for a boost of energy when needed! Just no sunflower seeds, in shell Peanuts and BANANA's : ) Bring a cooler for your catch.
You'll be welcome aboard a 25' Crestliner, cuddy cabin, Hard top….. with space for 3 passengers (Possible 4 check with Capt. Carl). It has outriggers, downriggers, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a portapotty/toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures.
Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain.
You can't go wrong when you bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

This was a blast! Started off a little slow for our run, but we caught 3 steelheads and learned a lot on the way. We enjoyed scenic views of the Apostle Islands while we waited for the fish to bite and shared many story with Captain Carl and his first mate who joined us on our voyage! They were very personable and we throughly enjoyed our time being on the boat with them. Would highly recommend, but keep in mind, fish are wild and don’t always cooperate. Hang tight and something will bite!!
We really enjoyed our fishing trip with Capt Carl Brandt. We caught a couple of coho, which he cleaned and bagged for us. Fun morning all around!

carl really put it out ther dor us yesterday. I really appreciate it.
