I was searching FishingBooker.com for a charter for me and my two teenage sons.  Charter Making Memories Aruba had good reviews but the main reason I chose them was because it was a crew of two brothers and many comments talked about how hard they worked to help you catch fish.  Other charters had more reviews but I felt these guys felt like a good fit.  We are happy with the decision!  If you are looking for a fancy boat with LED lights, plush seating, and a fancy lounge, this is not the charter for you.  If you want to fish with guys that are from Aruba, come from a family of fishermen, and will work hard to get some bites,  Making Memories Aruba is the charter you want. There were three of us and the two crew.  I think it would be a tight fit if you had 5-6 in your party.  Both of my sons got a little sea sick and the crew were very understanding and caring.  We booked the 4 hour morning trip and that was plenty for for us.  There can quite a bit of chop so plan ahead if you have mobility problems or motion sickness.  The guys get everything rigged up and then you troll until something bites.  Once on, you take the seat and reel in the fish.  We ended up catching four Mahi Mahi and one Bonito.  I enjoyed seeing Aruba from the boat while we waited for a bite.  In conclusion, I would recommend Making Memories Aruba due to the crew’s work ethic and personal approach.

A wonderful trip that delivered on every level! Jordany was extremely attentive and really wanted nothing more than my husband and son to catch some fish. The crew and Jordany delivered as we walked away with some wonderful fish for dinner and memories!

Jordany and his brother worked their tails off for our charter. Friendly as could be. Had 8 lines in for a party of 4 and did a number of things most charters I’ve been on would not do to try and get fish on for my 3 sons. The fish weren’t biting today but it was not for a lack of effort and skill on their part. And in a very classy move, extended the charter by a half hour so they could get some extra snorkel time in since they were not booked right after. Best charter I’ve had not catching any fish. Would book them in an instant if we come back to Aruba.

I wanted to target fish wahoo or mahi mahi. This is the ocean and nothing is guaranteed. That’s why they call it fishing and not catching. So we took a zero for 4hr trip. I would recommend this crew as they were prepared and ready to go on time. They had the right attitude and made adjustments to try different approaches to catching the fish we wanted.
