Hey Folks! This is Zach. I am the owner and head guide of Blue Ridge Troutfitters. We offer guided half and full day float trips on the Toccoa River in Blue Ridge, GA. We also offer guided wade trips on both public and private water. Wade trips take place either on the Toccoa River or one of the tributary streams that flow into the Toccoa. The Toccoa is a year-round trout fishery. We target rainbow, brown, and brook trout with light tackle and fly rods. We are a strictly catch and release only guide service. We provide all the rods, gear, and tackle necessary. We also provide waders for wade trips. All experience levels are welcome. Minimum recommended age for children is 10 for light tackle and 14 for fly fishing. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. All anglers 16 years of age and older will need valid Georgia Fishing Licenses. We appreciate your interest and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need some help deciding what trip is best for you.

Both guides took extra time to help 3 first time fly fishermen/women figure out every aspect of the trip. My wife and Kids caught several fish and had a blast. these guys weren’t collecting a check, they enjoyed teaching and it showed.
