The primary boat in their fleet is Picudo, a 45 ft walkaround flybridge Certified Marine custom built sportfisher. She is powered by twin Detroit Diesel 6v92 engines and has a cruising speed of 20 knots. Picudo is maintained to a very high level and is a excellent rough weather boat that is known for her stability and smooth ride.
Catering for the most discerning of anglers, Picudo is equipped with top of the range tackle by Penn International and Shimano that ranges from ultralight all the way up to 80 lb setups. There is an ample supply of lures, feathers, and terminal tackle on board for guests to use.
Picudo Sport Fishing offer full day, half day, and overnight trips custom suited to the angler. Picudo’s crew are top end veteran local fishermen who are known for their talent! Whether you want to fish for small game inshore, or chase the big ones offshore, Picudo does it all.
Owner operator Casey Carter was born in Hawaii and has fished all around the world, including the Indian Ocean, Gulf of Siam, U.S. west coast and extensively in Mexico. He is a 33 year Cabo veteran and is a bi-lingual dual citizen. He has fished the waters in Mexico since he was a kid and is well known in the Mexican sportfishing community. He is known for his hard core fishing and is the last of a fading breed. No boat rides here!
