These waters are known for Bluefin Tuna, Haddock, Cod, Pollock, Atlantic Mackerel, Striped Bass, Porbeagle Shark, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some. On these trips, it's common to troll, drift, jig, cast, and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, we have infant and youth life jackets on board. Customers are encouraged to bring food, beverages, and snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!
Your boat for the day is a 30' Sailfish Express sportfishing vessel that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has an Eisenglass-enclosed cabin for protection from wind, rain, and sun, and a private head. Rods, reels, bait, and tackle are covered by the charter. Frozen bait is on board and you'll be catching live bait yourself.
Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
You should plan to wear boat shoes with non-marking soles and bring sunglasses, a hat, a light jacket, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be some light snacks and drinks onboard. There is a large cooler onboard with plenty of ice to keep your food and beverages cold. Alcohol is not allowed.

The Captains were so great and patient with my kids, answered all the questions and stayed on top of the fish. The highlight of our trip though was the 300 plus pound bluefin tuna that we hooked on our last hour of the trip! Holy Moly, what a ride!!!!

Our family of four (two adults and two large teenagers) were the only clients on the boat and that felt really comfortable and spacious. The boat is beautiful and incredibly clean. We fished for mackerel, lobster, and striped bass and caught a bunch. The mackerel were used for bait and we caught two really good size bass (we released, but they were legal keepers.) Three hours was a great amount of time and we had a wonderful experience.

We learned about lobster trapping and how to make sure they were legal to keep. I would definitely recommend this charter to others and will use again when back in the area.

The captain was wonderful. very noce, very informative, made the kids feel good. the boat is wonderful, we had good weather and if we didnt have good luck we would switch it up and go somewhere else. the trip was interesting and fun the whole time. loved it and would gladly donit again.

The captain knew one of the kids was not feeling well after the first hour and sent to us to calmer waters. He knew it was time. I appreciate it. He also sent us out to catch Mackerels first. The boys loved it in fact one caught 4 on one line! This was a great experience. the youngest boy was thrilled to catch 12 himself. We would go back again without hesitation.

They let us keep all of our catches including a lot of lobster and crabs that they caught through their traps. we had a great time today, and if we ever come back to Maine we would definitely come back to the captains we had today.

Capt. Howard and Capt Tim were amazing!! We were on fish right from the start of lines in the water and they kept positioning the boat to ensure we were in the right spot. We were able to see a whale breaching on our way to the fishing area as well as a sunfish and some tuna pushing bait fish to the surface/jumping out of the water! It was a great day for family fishing, and we highly recommend them!!!
