El Pato Lucas Super Panga 

My son and I booked a half day with Kevin knowing full well we were fishing the off-season, so our expectations on the catch were realistic going in. We gave it our best shot, and toward the end of the trip we switched to bottom fishing and pulled in a bunch of triggerfish — a great way to finish. Kevin is a genuinely good guy, easy to work with, and full of local knowledge. He put us on fish when the conditions weren’t in our favor, which says a lot. If you’re thinking about a trip, don’t let the season scare you off — Kevin will make it worth your time. We’d go out with him again.

We had a great fishing trip today with our guides, Kevin and Martin. On our way out to the ocean, we caught two bonita, which was an exciting start. After that, the wind picked up and most of the trip slowed down, but Kevin and Martin didn’t give up. They switched to Plan B and started targeting roosterfish, and we ended up landing an easy 30-pounder rooster fish! Kevin and Martin were very nice, helpful, and worked hard the whole trip to make sure we had a good experience. We really appreciate their effort and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fun fishing trip.

we went out with The Machine and his first mate and had an incredible experience. we trolled for big fish, troll close to the shore for rooster and even went after bottom dwellers and had a trip of a lifetime. we caught five fish in total. flipjack, red snapper, pufferfish and trigger fish. The highlight though was a whopping 300lb Pacific Blue Marlin! in a Super Panga! Only the most experienced Captain and first mate could accomplish this heroic feat! Cheers to you, Machine! and to you Kevin for running such a flawless operation! ill be booking again for sure!

I had a great time fishing with my two kiddos. The weather wasn't super great due to hurricane Priscilla stirring things up. We did catch a few fish including 2 skipjacks, 1 bonito, and 1 mackerel. The radio was pretty quiet all morning so the other boats weren't catching much either. The thing that sets this fishing trip above all the other ones I've taken in Cabo was the crew. Kevin, Machine, and Nemo did a great job. When the bait and/or lures weren't working they would reel them in and try different colors. Finally a downrigger was applied and we were able to catch what I noted above. That's a sign of a good crew. I will also note that the Panga that I had originally reserved had to get worked on the day prior and wasn't able to be used for my trip. Instead we were upgraded to a 28ft boat free of charge. Again, excellent customer service. Going forward I will exclusively use this operation for future fishing trips.

This was my first trip to Cabo. Kevin and Martin put us on Marlin and we tried for some Rooster fish aswell. They were fun and friendly on the boat. We caught my first bill fish and i couldnt be happier with how the trip went. I would definitely go back out fishing with them again.

We caught a yellowfin tuna weighing around 40–50 kg. We originally planned to target roosterfish, but since the yellowfin tuna fishing was good, we decided to switch targets. They kept us updated in detail about the fishing conditions before the trip, which helped us prepare for the day. Thanks to their dedication, we were able to catch an incredible fish. Roosterfish insanity with El Pato Lucas using live bait on a half day trip out of Cabo San Lucas. Kevin and Martin provided lots of advice and encouragement while landing three nice roosterfish ~15kg each in windy conditions. When targeting these fish it helps to have lots of live bait!!! Their panga is well outfitted and fishes well even in windy/rough conditions. Highly recommended I enjoyed their company, the panga, and the fishing!!! Great value and experience for anyone fishing out of Cabo!!!

My 11 year old son and I had a fun day even though conditions were not ideal for fishing. It was a windy day with rough seas but the crew worked hard to get us some fish. We didnt get any big ones, minus two sharks, but we were able to catch some smaller skip jacks. My son had a blast.

captain and crew kept us dry and comfortable but still got us out to where the fish were. Very enjoyable trip overall. i was really suprised and pleased at how the boat performed on a rough day. it was the perfect size for 2 anglers. This is an excellent team that i plan to book with again.

Booked a full day trip with Machine and Kevin and it was an excellent choice. Both Machine and Kevin are super nice guys and really go out of their way to put you on fish. We caught dorado, rooster fish, and hooked uo with a big striper marlin that we fought for quite awhile but it ended up breaking the line. I will definitely book another trip with these guys next time I come. Thank you, Tim and Terry
