Jason is a graduate of the Chapman School of Seamanship as well as the International Yacht Restoration School. Jason has honed his skills as a mate and operator on many of the local charter boats and his experience and knowledge is sure to provide you with a fantastic day on the water.
Species like Striped Bass, Bluefin Tuna, Flounder, Bluefish, Haddock, Cod, and more could be biting if conditions are right. On these trips, you can expect to troll or bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.
Capt. Jason runs a 32' EdgeWater center console powered with brand new 300 hp. Yamaha outboards. There is plenty of space for 6 passengers to fish and or lounge. It is equipped with the latest in electronics and safety equipment as well as outriggers, and all the essentials. There's a clean comfortable bathroom on board for your convenience.
A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's customary to tip the Mate 15–20% to show your appreciation.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Have in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
Just bring whatever you would like to eat or drink and clothing appropriate for the weather. Alcohol is allowed in moderation

Booked a 6 hour striper trip that started at 7am. My son nailed the first striper 5 minutes in. Little did we know that we would be hauling them in all day. We ended up catching over 40. Once we had around 30 at the 3 hour mark, Captain Jason asked us if we wanted to go bigger. He took us to a spot that was quieter in terms of boats and the big stripers were running. We doubled up on them several times including 2 at 43 inches that first mate Mason masterfully managed to help us bring in when the lines were crossed. We even caught a striper on a top water lure. This is the second year in a row that we booked at this time of year and have not been dissappointed. If you are looking for a captain that knows where the stripers are, Captain Jason is your guy.

Another bullseye with Jason and Mason. This was our second year in a row with Capt Jason. These guys smoked it. We had 8 Monster bass on this trip and our 3 boys (13, 10, and 8) came home loving life with huge smiles! Thanks Gents!

Took a family of five. Jason and Mason worked hard to put us on the fish. We caught stripers and flounder. Boat is in excellent shape, and we had a great day on the bay!

Took my whole family out with Capt'n. Jason and his Mate Mason today. The bay whipped up with some crazy wind but these guys knew just want to do to land some stripers in crazy conditions. I landed a 30" dinner plate striper and my 12yo son Ryan caught the biggest fish of his life with another (26" catch and release) striper. We also caught a skate and a couple of crabs. Capt'n and crew were a couple of really good dudes and they totally know the bay. On the way out when I saw the wind I thought we were gonna get skunked, but not with this crew. Highly recommended. Don't hesitate.. just do it..
