These waters are known for Brook Trout, Striped Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Rainbow Trout (Steelhead), Largemouth Bass, White Bass, Brown Trout, and more – with any luck, you'll find out for yourself! You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, drifting, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. Cruz also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.

Trips with Untamed Horizon Expeditions are kid-friendly, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Snacks are permitted onboard — bring your favorites so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!

You'll be welcome aboard a 14' drift boat that can carry up to 4 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.

It's never a bad idea to bring sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
