Your fishing adventure starts on a 22' Sportsman Master 227 boat that can safely take up to 4 anglers. This boat comes with an ice-box and a wireless trolling motor.

Half Day Trip on August 1, 2026 • 4 adults • 3 childrenMe and my 2 sons (age 15 and 13) had an amazing morning trip with Capt Darrell.Not only did we catch several solid stripers but we learned a ton as well! Capt Darrell clearly knows Lanier and where to find the fish. He runs a great operation with a nice clean boat, quality gear and just gives a solid overall experience. I could tell Capt Darrell clearly loves what he does but he just truly enjoys seeing others have fun catching fish. He was also eager to share his knowledge, explaining what we were seeing on his electronics, gave several tips and tricks and as a somewhat experienced angler who has fished Lanier a ton I definitely walked away having learned a lot. Book this trip with confidence and have fun! Thank yiu again Capt. Darrell!

Darrell was fantastic with the kids, and the trip exceeded our expectations. The boat was amazing, the equipment was top-notch, and we ended up catching 4 fish in total. More than the catch, though, we just had a lot of fun on the water. It was a great day out, and we’re already looking forward to going again. Highly recommend Darrell to anyone looking for a memorable fishing trip!

Half Day Trip on July 19, 2025 • 4 adults • 2 childrenBooked Captain Darrell for my son’s 10th birthday fishing adventure, and wow - this guy doesn’t mess around! We went from “Dad, are we there yet?” to “Dad, look at the SIZE of this thing!” faster than you can say “fish on!” The captain had us pulling in stripers so big, my 10-year-old started questioning the laws of physics. “How did THAT fit in the lake, Dad?” Fair question, kiddo. I’m pretty sure one of them was older than our mortgage. The captain’s fish-finding abilities border on supernatural. Either he’s got sonar vision or he’s been bribing the fish with premium bait for years. My son is now convinced he wants to be a “professional fish catcher” when he grows up, and honestly, after seeing this guy work, it seems like a solid career path. Warning: You WILL go home smelling like victory (and fish). Your wife WILL make you shower in the garage. Your kid WILL tell everyone at school that his dad is basically a fishing legend now. Already planning our return trip because apparently we’ve been drafted into the Lake Lanier Striper Extraction Squad. Captain Darrell - you’ve created monsters, and we couldn’t be happier about it! 10/10 would fish again. The stripers have been warned.

We stayed on the waters well beyond our time slot , because he insisted that we catch atleast 3 fish . Our biggest catch was 13 pounds . It was our 1st time fishing , and entire family loved the trip. You will be happy that you chose Darrel

Whenever we hooked a fish he was great in letting us know how to fight them and get them in the boat. Definitely going to be calling on him the next time we want to fish on Lake Lanier.

Half Day Trip on August 27, 2025 • 2 adultsIt was mine and my 13yr old son's first time striper fishing. We loved it! The captain was point on with his locations we fished! He was very knowledgeable with any question we had and then some! My son caught a 25lbs striper and a really nice spotted bass that weighed about 4lbs! I would rate our trip 10 stars if possible! I know if you fish with REDD! He'll get the fish off their bed and on your next thread!

My middle school son and I went out with Capt. Darrell for a morning of striper fishing on Lake Lanier. Capt. Darrell communicated clearly when and where to meet. He was prepared and on time. Capt. Darrell adjusted to the conditions and helped us catch several fish. He was a good coach to both my son and I. There was plenty of friendly conversation and good music to keep the spirits up even when the weather was thick and hot and the fish bite turned off for a bit.
it was great having you and your son on my boat. you have a good young man there and he is going to be a good fishing man. maybe next trip you can catch more fish. lol
4 of us went out on Lanier for striper and were not disappointed. He knew where to take us, and it wasn’t long at all before the first fish was on. We caught a good amount including some personal bests. We had a good time and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get some big stripers! Thank you!
