Whether you're after Redfish, Speckled Trout, Snook, Tarpon, or other species, the conditions will guide your adventure. Depending on the species you're targeting, you'll enjoy light tackle fishing or get the chance to try some specialized fly fishing techniques.
Captain Sean is well-versed in fly fishing and offers trips specifically tailored for fly anglers. Capt. Sean has all the equipment needed, utilizing high-quality rods and reels from Douglas Outdoors rods to Seigler reels (fly) or Florida Fishing Products (spin).
It is preferred to catch-and-release, but if the client would like to keep some fish, cleaning is provided.
Captain Sean operates a 18' Hells Bay Marquesa, ideal for two passengers, fully equipped with everything you need for a successful day on the water.
No fishing license is required—just bring your enthusiasm for the sport! Bottled water will be provided, but you are free to bring your own drinks or snacks. Make sure to bring sunscreen (non-spray), polarized sunglasses, and a hat. Long-sleeved shirts and pants are recommended to help stay out of the sun.

This was my 1st fly guide experience and I cannot speak highly enough about it. I have done plenty of spin fish guides over the years, and I can say Captain Sean is as good as they come. Even with weather that did not cooperate, Sean put me on more fish than I see on 10 trips of my own. He taught me more things than I could ever imagine and is an absolute blast on the boat. I am already looking at dates to get back out there with him. If you want to see the historic Crystal River/Homossasa fishery, Captain Sean needs to be your first call
We had a really great day on the water with sean! We learned a ton, got to see so many cool things and catch everything we wanted too. Genuinely the best charter we have done so far and would definitely recommend.

I keep fishing with Sean because he's thoroughly pleasant while consistently getting us into fish. He knows the water, has good vision, and knows how to position the boat so a flyfisherman can make a good cast. Sean is extremely competent yet still humble. Always a pleasure to be around.
