All Depth Charters is run by a captain as passionate about catching fish as he is about preserving them. He is your Central Oregon Coast fishing specialist who will make sure you have an adventure you'll remember for the rest of your life. Captain Greg has been fishing the Oregon waters since he was a little boy, so you know you are going to be put on fish and have an action-packed day on the water with him.
You will fish aboard his 21 foot Arima offshore sport fishing boat, which was built in 2005 and has a capacity for 5 persons. The maximum weight is 1000 lbs, for safety and comfort reasons. The boat is powered by a 150 HP Evinrude engine with a maximum cruising speed of 35 knots. This boat has a GPS, a VHF radio and a fishfinder which is ideal for location the best fishing spots in the Oregon waters. It also has contains all the safety equipment such as life jackets, fire extinguishers, EPIRB, flares and a first-aid kit. Aboard the boat you will also find a toilet and a bed, if you want to rest a little, as well as an icebox for storing the catch.
All Depth Charters will take you fishing for a variety of species in the Pacific Ocean available during the summer months. You will target Salmon, Lingcod, Halibut, Black Seabass, Rockfish, Sturgeon and Albacore Tuna. You can also target the super delicious Dungeness Crab, which is a local favorite. Captain Greg will provide rods, reels, tackle, and live and artificial baits. Just pack some snacks and drinks to keep you energized and get ready for an exciting day on the water!

We had a great day out fishing with Captain Greg! He’s a wealth of knowledge about the fisheries in and around Newport and a great guy all-around. He went above and beyond to make sure we came away with plenty of fish and had a good time. We caught our limit of Rockfish and pulled in several Lingcod as well. We’ll be back and highly recommend All-Depth Charters and Captain Greg if you’re looking for a great fishing experience.

We are fortunate enough to have fished charters from Alaska to Jamaica and this trip was hands down our best ever! Not only did Captain Niles put us on all the fish we wanted his local knowledge of EVERYTHING about the area was impressive. Even our 14 year old daughter was fascinated and had a great time (for those of you with teenagers you appreciate what that really means). Lol. His love for fishing/crabbing was clearly evident and the excitement he had to share it was contagious! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Greg!

I've been on a handful of charters and this was my wife's first one, so I wanted it to be a great experience for her. And Captain Niles didn't disappoint. He's super friendly and funny, has so much knowledge and loves to share it, and he was extremely active. If fish weren't biting, he would be checking the lines, trying different bate, lures, etc. He even came up to hangout with us while we had our fish cleaned. We caught 3 beautiful Coho and had a blast. We're definitely going back out with Captain Niles in September.
Everything was great, Greg was super helpful and had tons of experience and stories for us. He reached out to us before hand with weather reports and his opinion on what we should go for and it paid off big time! We limited out and had possibly the best day touring the city on his recommendations. 10/10 will book with him in the future.
We had a great fishing trip with Captain Niles. He got us on the salmon right away, caught our limits of Coho salmon. He had us drop crap pots and pulled 14 crab. He directed us to a great place to have the crabs cooked, cleaned and put on ice ( South Beach Fish) and had our fish beautifully fillet by the time we were back. Captain is very good and helpful. Anyone visiting the Newport area should book a trip.
