The company offers great inshore and offshore fishing in and around the waters of the Florida Panhandle. Enjoy your fishing trip with Saltshaker Charters aboard a 34 ft Crusader boat, which comes powered by a quiet and dependable 350HP Cummins 8.3CTA engine. It was built in 1999, the vessel was restored in 2020, and has a maximum cruising speed of 20 knots. It is fully equipped with navigational electronics, which include a GPS, a VHF radio, a radar, and a fish finder. This spacious boat is fitted with a flybridge to aid your search for the fish, a fighting chair for those who are up to a challenge, a live bait tank, and outriggers for a professional fishing experience. The boat provides comfortable fishing space for up to six anglers (or up to 1100 lbs combined weight) and inside, there is a toilet, a shower, a kitchen, air conditioning, and a bed. What else is needed when spending your day on the water?
On your day out with Saltshaker Charters, you will always have a pole ready to land the big ones. The trips are four to twelve hours, so any angler could find a suitable package. Whether you want to spend your day trolling and bottom fishing nearshore or head further offshore, fish the wrecks and reefs – the Captain will accommodate your every need.
Your targeted species will include Sheepshead, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Triggerfish, and many more depending on the season and what is biting.

4 Hour Trip Summer (10:30AM) on July 7, 2026 • 6 adultsWe really enjoyed our deep sea fishing trip with Captain Bryan and First Mate Eddie! We had four of our five sons with us – from ages 21 to 15 – and they all had a good time. My husband probably enjoyed it the most, however. He is an avid fly fisherman, and Bryan allowed him to bring his fly rod on the boat (usually a no-no) to check off a bucket list to-do. When Eddie wasn't seeing any Kings or Reds for bottom-fishing, Bryan charted us to a buoy teeming with Mahi. We then CAUGHT 47 MAHI! My husband and sons were reeling in at least three rods non-stop during our outing. The waves do get rough on the way out – it's a little unnerving until you realize Captain Bryan is completely calm and commanding. The boat was comfortable for our group of 6, including the cooler cabin where we could get out of the sun as needed. Eddie was extremely personable and actively made sure everyone had fun. NOTE: We all took the non-drowsy dramamine an hour before departure. We think it helped. My husband, who has a history of motion sickness did not get sick. However, two of our sons did end up with brief bouts. (They were also the only two without food in their stomachs, which could be related.) Highly recommend taking the dramamine as a precaution. We did not experience any side effects from it. And remember to keep an eye on the horizon to avoid motion sickness! We would definitely book this charter again.

The sea was still very choppy so we didn't get to go out very far, as our children are still young.Though, the captain and deck hand were great. We did the 3 hour trip and we got to compete with the dolphines to catch our fish so it was fun for the kids watching the dolphine chase after our fish. We were able to get our fish that we kept processed at the marina. The fish that we didn't keep the kids got ro feed to the pelicans and cranes.

Deck hand was very nice and sociable. However, they stopped to purchase live bait and he was the only one who used it obviously he caught mor thanus, but I didn't want to take ove reeling a fish I hadn't hooked. yes, w caught fish, mostly what I call bait fish, but he hooked a nice snapper and Gag Grouper (not in season) so we had to release it. videoed dolphin jumping in the wake on trip out.

Took an hour to get to and from fishing spot and was on to fish right away. We did a 3 hour trip and would recommend a 4 - 6 hour to trip to a 3 hour just not enough time for a full fishing experience caught 57 small fish totaling 18 lbs. (ruby red, squirrel, and ruby red lip) Captain and deck hand were great. They are highly recommended

We had 4 people in our group. We were greeted in the beginning of our fishing trip by the captain and deck hand. We caught fish on the trip. The ride out and back was relaxing. The deck hand took our catch to get them processed for cooking upon returning to the dock, and we received our fish from the processing within 15 minutes.

Captain Bryan Clackler was born a fisherman. He grew up in Alabama, where he used to fish and hunt almost every day: there were always ponds, rivers, and creeks to explore. For Bryan, catching fish and finding new places was never boring. But it wasn't until he felt the taste of saltwater fishing in the Gulf of Mexico – Captain Bryan was hooked and, when he was 20, he moved to Panama City Beach and started a successful charter business. With an excellent reputation and vast knowledge, Bryan has been guiding his friends and clients for over a decade.
