Malolo Fisher Sports - Koicalevu offers fishing packages out of Nadi, Fiji. Whether you’re looking for a half day of fun while trolling, or cherish a 3 quarter day of reef fishing, you’re where you should be. The crew is seasoned and have catered to many repeat customers.
Malolo Fisher Sports is fit to weather these waters. Captain Moses has been in the business for many years, and knows the local waters like the back of his hand. He will take you on his 30’ Ramco hard top boat. The vessel is powered by twin 150 HP Yamaha, and can reach the speeds of up to 35 knots. It’s regularly serviced and equipped to get hold of the local fish.
The boat can take up to fourpeople, and has a toilet, a fighting chair, an ice box, and stores life jackets. You can also borrow snorkeling gear for a minimal deposit, the full refund will be provided upon its safe return.
Productive fisheries lie an hour away. There, most of the time, you can get the likes of Giant Trevally, Red Emperor, Grouper, and coral trout. You can go around the reefs and try taking Grouper and Red Emperor from the bottom. GTs really like poppers, but you need to be fast with your bait.
The crew will provide the fishing rods, reels, tackle, and will take care of the fishing license. They use Pakula, Zacatacks, Halco, and Rapala lures, as well as the best of Penn, Shimano, and Tiagra tackle.You will have an esky with ice.
When it comes to packing, bring along a cap, sunnies, sunscreen, and an extra layer of clothes in case it gets wet. You should wear something comfortable so that you can readily join the action. If you’ve prepared food and drinks, then another thing to bring is a camera. You will definitely want to take a cool shot of your catch.

Full Day Trip on October 11, 2022 • 2 adultsAwesome Trip with Ice and John, heaps of action and we got strait into a serious work up and could see yellow fin, mahi mahi and had a marlin take one of our lures. We managed to take home 5 big skipjack tuna after an epic quadruple hook up! The boat is awesome and there is a lot of flexibility on which species you wish to target. We chose a mix and spend half the day out deep chasing marlin and mahi mahi and the other half on the reef casting poppers for GT and Spanish mackerel. The gear is all top of the line, shimano, rapala ect, however it is well used and has seen better days. It would be hard to swallow loosing the fish of a life time due to the tackle failing! I will definitely book again as the experience was incredible and we caught good fish, however I would say if you had a favourite big game lure, bring it along.

6 Hour Trip on March 20, 2023 • 2 adults6hr trip= our crew was awesome and knowledable of the area, could see the fish everywhere in the reefs , were looking for big fish thou in the shipping channel but some reason couldnt even get a bite So strange not the norm for this time of season Wish we had some live bait seeing thats what my last 2 prize fish were caught with, reals and line were good, game fish squid lures (ok ) small fish lures all rusted hooks so the baracuda didnt bite neither Weather was good butt maybe the cyclone 2 weeks ago had a impact who knows But we enjoyed the time with the crew so thanks to them this trip was a success Thank You FROM CALI RON AND CHRISTINE

No real experience fishing but our crew guided us perfectly, enjoyed some snorkelling and had a great afternoon out.
took my 3 boys on thsi trip. Communication from Sarah was great with all my questions. it seemed to be a quiet day for the fish but Sam and his crew went out of there way to make sure we got enough.
