Captain Jessie Myjestic Anderson first started fishing when she was just a little girl, with her grandfather. In fact, she was so little that many times the fish she caught were bigger than she was. She was hooked on fishing and today owns her own charter company.
Stepping aboard her luxurious 53' Garrett Bay Custom Carolina Performance fishing boat, you will feel like royalty. Features such as teak flooring, leather seating, granite countertops, a microwave, and a refrigerator make this vessel comfortable and enjoyable for everyone on board. As if that's not enough, there is also a carpeted salon, stereo systems, and beautiful woodwork throughout.
Powered by twin 600 HP Cummins engines, with a maximum cruising speed of 24 knots, the boat is fast and reliable. The vessel also has an A/C and heat throughout the interior, ice boxes for the catch, and all the safety features you can think of.
And now the fish. Since you'll be fishing the Gulf Stream, Blue and White Marlin, Bluefin Tuna, Red Snapper, Grouper, and Mahi Mahi are all possible daily catches. Of course, depending on the season. There are also Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Yellowfin Tuna, and lots more.

Captain Jessie and Amp were great. Put us on lots of fish. Took great care of several first time offshore fisherman....and likely spoiled us as the trip will be hard to match.
Had a great trip. The Captain and mate were awesome. Amp the mate never stopped moving always had the right gear ready for whatever situation popped up. Worked his rear off and always kept us entertained. Great Time !!
The water layer down for us and the fishing was great. The captain and deck mate were awesome. They got us on the fish and made it memorable. The boat is great, very clean and the A/C makes the trip so much more pleasurable on the way to the Gulf Stream. Amp never stops hustling onboard and keeps you informed on what to do while fishing. The Carolina girls shined on the dock when we returned with the most fish around! So much fun! Would definitely book with her again.

Jessy and her mate Amp are awesome - very knowledgeable, friendly and super experienced. The boat is super comfy. We had a deep sea fishing trip and we brought back over 160 pounds of fish trying different techniques (trolling and jigging). We created lifetime memories. We will book again Carolina Girl when we come back to Hatteras. Highly recommend.
This trip was amazing from start to finish. Capt Jess & Mate Amp we’re both great hard working individuals the entire trip. They were none stop trying to get us on fish. They delivered 4 Wahoo, 7 Mahi Mahi, 5 Red Snapper, 15 Trigger fish, 1 Tile fish, 2.5 Amber Jacks (barracuda ate half one at boat). Wanted to try for a billed fish however storms denied us) overall experience again was the best charter I’ve been on.
