There’s the option of trips as long as twelve hours, or even a few days lodging, for those looking to get the most out of the bays. Rules & Regulations

Every angler over the age of 17 needs a license to fish in Texan waters, so grab your saltwater permit before coming aboard and away you go. If you want to catch a famous Bull Redfish (over 28 inches), then you’ll also need a Red Drum tag, which you can purchase alongside your license. Other than that, your professional guide will make sure that you stick to the latest bag and size limits.

I would recommend Aransas Pass because it is away from the tourist crowd of Port Aransas. We stayed in PA but vying for a fishing trip there was crazy. Easy access to the harbor in Aransas Pass.
