Start your day with lots of action. You can go trolling for Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Wahoo, and occasional Marlin. If you prefer other techniques, you can catch Queen Snapper, Grouper, and other bottom fish. Whatever you catch, upon request, it can be fillet for you, or you can take it whole and have the restaurant of your choice cook it for you. You can also cook it yourself.

The captain will come ready with all fishing gear and live bait or chunk bait. Then, depending on the weather, you can do a different kind of fishing, such as anchor fishing, trolling, or bottom fishing across the reef for bigger fish. At the end of the trip, if you would like to take home some or all of your catch, the crew can clean it for you. They also provide water, sodas, and rum punch. If you have never fished before, they'll be more than happy to teach you and get you comfortable.
