Pottsboro White Bass Fishing Charters

Our fishing trips depart 15-30 minutes before official sunrise.

The price for the first two guests is $400 and $100 for each additional guest. The trip lasts between 4 and 6 hours, giving you the chance to explore freshwater as well as inshore spots and target Striped Bass.

This trip is designed for boat owners, or fishermen who plan on renting a boat, who want to learn the best ways to "Recreationaly Fish" Lake Texoma productively. We will start by setting out a few juglines, & discuss how to make & use them to catch catfish. We will "discuss" other successful techniques, for most of the species of the gamefish in the lake, including best lures, baits, & tactics, even bridge, night, & shore fishing, all while we TROLL for 6 species of bass. NO CASTNETS, OR SHAD, NEEDED!

4-6 hour trip we will target Striper. I mainly use live Threadfin or Gizzard Shad but depending on the time of year and weather we may switch to artificial baits.

We troll huge lures to find bigger fish, but sometimes we use bait. It depends on the fish that day, but we try to focus on the bigger fish. We have caught many over 30 inches, but 22 to 28 inches is the average.

This is an exciting striper fishing trip that everyone will enjoy; beginners and experienced anglers alike. This is the most popular trip we offer. We will depart about 45 minutes before sunrise and fish 4 hours. Your guide will provide everything including rods, tackle, bait, fuel and safety equipment. At the end of the trip all of your fish will be filleted and bagged free of charge. All you need to bring are drinks, snacks, & fishing license. Children are welcome. One child under 6 may fish free.

We will be targeting striped bass, white bass hybrid striped bass and/or catfish depending on conditions.

On this trip we target striper in the morning! Party’s of 3- 7 people are welcome. We will be leaving at first light. And typically we fish with live bait unless the fish are responding better to artificial that season. Winter fishing trip will be dead sticking artificial baits or trolling rigs. Live bait available upon request. Start times are flexible Winter fishing is one of the best times to catch trophy sized Stripers. We will drift big soft plastic baits in areas that big fish hang out or troll big umbrella rigs around flats and river edges. If the bite is slow we may switch over to live bait. I keep rods rigged for all 3 techniques readily available every trip to make sure we are prepared for everything.
