Really enjoyed Captain Don. Lots of white bass caught and a couple of buffalo carp. Tip: on a cold day bundle up! Bring gloves. Lots of fun.

Best Texas trip I’ve had

I have fished around a dozen times in Texas and today was by far best trip ever. Amazing weather. Phenomenal captain and a ton of action. We limited out on White Bass, threw back a few keepers and a bunch of shorts. Got one nice sized blue catfish in the net and lost another right at the boat. Wonderful & productive fishing adventure!

We really enjoyed our fishing trip on Lake Tawakoni. We had three people in our party and caught over 60 white bass in half a day. Our captain, Omar was entertaining and down to earth and a fun time was had by all. price included fish cleaning (much appreciated as it would have taken much longer for us to do). A lovely day and great memories.

Captain Don Novak did a great job with a guided fishing tour for my son and I
He found plenty of white bass - the legal limit for 2 anglers is 50 and we were able to catch 47
And from helping us with fishing gear, fishing technique, cleaning and filtering the catch Captain Don was great. On top of that he's a really nice guy
The next time I visit the DFW area, I'll be sure to book a charter with Luck of The Irish
