Port Washington Brown Trout Fishing Charters

Come relax with us on a beautiful afternoon. You don't have to wake up early to catch lots of salmon. We can catch them all day long. We will be taking you out on a beautiful 38ft Bertram that has plenty of room for 6 people out on the deck or 6 people inside the cabin.

Hit the snooze button and head out on the waters of Lake Michigan for 6 hours of fishing fun. You'll be targeting Lake Trout and Rainbow Trout, as well as Salmon. All the fishing gear will be provided for you.

Spend the middle of the day chasing Steelhead, Chinook, Coho, Lake, and Brown Trout. You will have enough time to see how supreme fishing can get here and will get all the gear you need to land a catch. You can purchase a fishing license at the dock if needed. Pack food and snacks, get a camera, dress well for weather and wear clothes in layers. Kids are welcome to come along. These trips are a good option for novice anglers.

Get out on the water before dawn and catch the first bite of the day. Your target fish will be King Salmon, Coho Salmon, Rainbow Trout, and Lake Trout. So get ready for a thrilling encounter all morning long. You'll troll the productive waters of Lake Michigan in the hope of heading home with a delicious treat for lunch. (Start times will vary based on sunrise/sunset.)

No need to get up early morning to have a great day on Lake Michigan! We may catch a bunch, or something in-between.

6 hour charters are exactly the same as the other charters we have available. Just gives you a little extra time to enjoy on the water.

Get out there a little earlier and stay out a little later. Sometimes that extra hour is a game changer

This one is for the die-hard anglers who just can't get enough! We get to fish during the best bite times, with enough time to fish a few areas - or far offshore - to get you maximum results. No fish - no pay - guarantee on this trip only - conditions apply - discuss with Captain. We can also do this one as a Mid-Day departure, discuss with Captain.

Launch out of McKinley Marina in Milwaukee and let’s chase some trout and salmon! What to catch when: March-April: mainly brown trout. Early May: mainly coho salmon. Late May-August: mainly coho and chinook salmon. Trips for mid-day salmon begin ~11am. While the hottest king salmon bite usually is early morning or late evening, there is often great mid-day action especially for coho! This time slot is great for those that don't want to wake up super early or stay out super late! Fish cleaning INCLUDED!
