We start at 6:00 a.m. until noon for morning trips and 1:00 p.m. until 7 for afternoon trips. As we venture offshore, you can expect to stop and catch Flounder, Seabass, or Tautog, depending on the season. If you are vacationing, we can arrange a commercial processor to clean, package, freeze, and store your catch until you are ready.
This 6-hour trip will target Mahi Mahi in the ocean on light tackle. These acrobatic and colorful fish are targeted from late July to early September from 10 to 30 miles out. We will use a combination of baits and jigs/lures for action on offshore structures. A number of other species may also be caught. All bait and tackle are provided and start times are flexible. Please note all trips are private and fully adjustable. Please call Capt. Chris to design the best trip for you.
Choose an 8 hr near shore trip. We stay within 30 miles of shore. We keep our plans dynamic to adapt to conditions. On summer days we might find some structure that is holding mahi. We might see a bird play marking tuna or bluefish. 8 hours is enough time to target some larger species. I’m trained to bend the rods and versatile enough to develop a game plan based on current conditions.
This trip is a shared for people who connect get enough people for a full charter. We will take a minimum of 2 persons with a maximum of 4. This trip will fish in calm waters behind Avalon and Sea Isle City
This is our best bang for your buck trip as we have enough time to reach our best inshore wrecks or natural bottom for seabass and flounder or troll the shoals for mahi, bluefish, mackerel, and bonitos. The extra 2 hours over our half day trip allows us alittle more flexibility to fish a spot longer or simply enough time to get to a productive spot with plenty of time to fish. Our range is within 15 miles of indian river inlet. The closer to shore the fish are the more time you have to fish!

We had a great fishing trip with Captain Mac and 1st Mate Joe! Caught many Sea Bass and Flounder! I highly recommend fishing with Capt. Mac ,especially if your name is Joe or Dave.
Another great day and best fishing yet. 6 flounder to take home and plenty of fun. I know my daughter had a great time. Thank you again Capt Tim and John.
The Captain had up to date knowledge about recent catches and put us on fish right anway. He was not afraid to change spots when things slowed down. We caught fish steadily all day long, including a 6 lb doormat flounder - close to my pb. The gear was professional. The mate worked hard all day to keep our lines baited and in the water. I’ve been fishing my whole life and it takes a lot to impress me, but this crew did. Stress free and fun day on the water. Highly recommend.
Captain Tim and his 1st mate John were great. They did everythung possible to get us on the fish. We were able to get some keeper Flounder. It was a great day on the water. We had a great time and would reccomend these guys for anyone. Very patient with everyone and extremely personable duo.
Captain got us on fish immediately. My son and I spent the day catching fish and had a great day on the water. Crew is friendly and is great with getting the bait and tackle set up. All i had to do was real in the fish. Caught our limit of sea
bass keepers and
even a couple of flounder.
