Hernando Beach Red Grouper Fishing Charters

Reel Time invites you for shallow water Grouper fishing. People normally don't think of chasing this species in shallow water but that's what makes this fishery special. From bottom fishing with live and cut bait to trolling shallow diving plugs to throwing casting plugs at shallow rocks, Grouper puts up a huge fight trying to get back into its home. You'll be targeting rocks, ledges, springs, holes, and any kind of structure that will hold fish.

The full day is 8 hours and will see you targeting a variety of inshore nearshore, wreck and flats species. You can catch Redfish, Cobia, Sheepshead, Shark, Grouper, Tarpon and other fish that call the local waters home.

We will be fishing offshore 35-45 miles out catching big red grouper , red snapper, lane, mangrove and yellowtail snappers . We also target amberjack and cobias.

Our 2 Hour charters are typically in the bay depending on the time of year. Perfect for kids and families as the waters are generally calmer and the shorter travel time makes for more fishing action!

We will be going up to 30 miles offshore. We're here to help you fill the cooler, enjoy plenty of reeling, and have a great time on the water!

A 4-Hour Nearshore fishing trip targeting reef fish. Usually 3-9 Miles out.

This trip will bring you out to the beautiful deep blue !! We will focus on Red Grouper fishing , Red Snapper, Yellowtail Snapper, Mangrove Snapper and many others!! This trip is guaranteed to wear out your arms !! Rods bent and big fish . Up to 65 Miles Offshore.

Trip includes: up to 6 clients on our 36 Foot Center Console Contender fishing vessel. Charter includes all bait and tackle, assistance from First mate Jacob, water and snacks. Vessel has Ac and heat, and restroom if needed. You will need to bring any other food or beverages. Trip does not include gratuity for First Mate Jacob.
