Shalimar Red Grouper Fishing Charters

On this trip, you'll join us in going out the pass and Fishing some of the near Shore structure and natural reefs that Destin has to offer. We will mainly be targeting red snapper when in season. Vermillion snapper, red grouper, gag, grouper, trigger fish, king mackerel, and whatever else wants to bite. We have an amazing fishery offshore so come hang out with us and see for yourself.

Spend the day going just a few miles from the beach enjoying catching Snappers, King Mackerel and possibly even getting into some small Mahi-Mahi!!

This 4-Hour trip is a great fishing trip for groups looking to run out and catch some fish in a shorter period of time. Capt. John and his mate Nick will keep the reels turning and bring up different species of fish in the Gulf of Mexico. This trip is great for adults and kids and is an awesome experience for the whole family. Rods, reels, bait, and tackle is all included in the price. We will also provide water, but bring any snacks and beverages that you may like!

On this trip we will be bottom fishing for a desired species or targeting fish that are in season that we can harvest.

After boarding, we will be catching bait, before trolling for Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Mahi. Or bottom fishing for Mingos, Snapper, and more!

This trip is all about fun, fast fishing and making memories. If you want steady action and bent rods right away, this is the trip. We stay closer to shore and target species that bite consistently so you spend less time running and more time catching. Perfect for families and first-timers looking for a fun, productive experience without committing to a full day.

Enjoy fishing some of Destin's natural bottom and artificial reefs. You can choose to spend your time reeling from the non-stop bottom action or take your chances trolling for something more sporty. The Gulf of America fishery in the Destin area is truly incredible. Make sure to be mindful of the weather conditions and try to book on days that seas are predicted for 2' or less.

Drift, Jig, and Bottom fish with live/frozen bait. Head up to 9 miles offshore to spot-lock over reefs and wrecks. Targeted species are Grouper, Snapper, Amberjack, and Triggerfish. Trip is very weather dependent.

Fish the Gulf of Mexico trolling and sight fishing for mahi mahi, king mackerel, spanish mackerel, bonita, and other pelagic species. Also bottom fish wrecks and reefs for red snapper, triggerfish, grouper and amberjack. Best all around Emerald Coast fishing experience.

On a four hour trip we will typically not stop to catch live bait at the pass. We will catch it at the reef we fish at. We will target in season species. We will move spots to find the fish. Typically within sight of shoreline. If bottom fishing limits early, we may troll for nearshore species
