Anna Maria Island King Mackerel (Kingfish) Fishing Charters

On this 8-hour adventure, you can go inshore for Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, and Tarpon or head out nearshore for Kingfish, Grouper, Snapper, Permit, and Cobia. Once you return to the dock, Capt. Mike will filet and bag your fish.

This 6-hour adventure is the perfect option for guests who want to explore a variety of fishing grounds. You have the option of splitting your time between inshore and nearshore waters, or you can focus on one area – just let your captain know where you want to go, and what you want to catch! Inshore fishing will see you targeting Snook, Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, and more, whereas nearshore is all about Grouper and Snapper, as well as King Mackerel. Rods, reels, bait, tackle, and license included.

Whether it's inshore or nearshore fishing that you want, or both, this trip has you covered. You'll get to test a variety of fishing techniques, practicing your skills and challenging your strength. Target Tarpon, Snook, and Redfish in the Tampa Bay, hit the reefs and wrecks for Grouper and Cobia, or troll offshore for monster Barracuda, Kingfish, and many more on this thrilling trip into the Gulf. This trip is for up to 6 guests, but please be aware that 4 can fish at the same time.

This 3/4 day adventure will take you to nearshore spots, where you can go after Grouper, Snapper, Shark, Cobia, Hogfish, and many others. The captain will take care of your fishing equipment and clean your catch after the trip.

As a captain and someone who is literally addicted to fishing, your captain strongly recommends a 6-hour trip for the angler. This is a good option if you’d like to target a specific species. You leave the dock at 8:00 a.m. and get back at 2:00 p.m. (time may vary) Please note: in the summer months the temperatures could be in the upper 90s for the last 2 hours of this trip.

A 6-hour trip gives you better chances to catch multiple types of fish species and may include going nearshore up to 9 miles. Captain Anthony covers all the fishing rods, reels, tackle, live bait, catch cleaning, and even fishing licenses.

On these trips you can expect to catch: Grouper, Snapper, Hogfish, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Jacks, Permit, Grunts, Porgies, and more depending on the time of year, The 6-hour trip allows for ample time to get on a hot bite offshore and enjoy the day on the water!
