We booked a last minute trip for early Sunday morning. Fish get tricky in September but Jim led us offshore and, apparently, knows exactly where they hide. We got to our spot as the sun was rising, caught our limit in some big lake trout and threw in a king salmon for good luck. The boat was clean and crew was conversational and professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough. We left with 30lbs of fresh fish filet!

Captain Jim is a great guy with a great boat and knows where the fish are. 4 of us celebrated my son's 12 bday on Jawzon and caught 100+ pounds of lake trout and a few Coho! Jim is genuine, easy going, and a great captain. He was helpful to the boys but also let them do the work and have fun all day. Highly recommend!

My group has a great time fishing the Chicago lakefront. Knowing the heat and afternoon trip would slow the bite down we still took the trip and the Captain was able to get us on some very nice sized Lake Trout. Great boat, great crew, great trip. We are already planning our next trip.

Captain Jim and Dillon were amazing! We caught lots of fish and laughed a lot! What a great crew! We caught our limit of fish ..Coho and King Salmon, Rainbow and Lake Trout! The captain and Dillon cleaned and filleted our fish while we were on our way back to the harbor! Now looking forward to many yummy meals!! Highly recommend Ling gone 3! It’s.a trip we’ll never forget!!

Captain Jim and First Mate Ryan know their stuff, and they both work hard to use this knowledge for top results. On top of that, they are a couple of great guys who are easy and fun to be around. The boat is roomy, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We caught more fish than I would have dared to expect: Kings, Cohos, Steelies and Lake Trout. All in all this was a trip I'll never forget and one I hope to book again at my soonest opportunity. Highly recommended!
