Everyone is welcome on this unique fishing adventure! You'll start by having a 30-minute safety training and then you're off. The trip involves paddling out to a fishing spot, going after some fish and coming back to shore for picture time!
In recent years, the waters of Morro Bay have seen some nice King Salmon runs from May through July. Because these fish are so sought-after and require special gear to target, this is one of Central Coast Fishing Charters' more expensive packages. However, pound-for-pound, there's nothing that swims nearshore on the central coast that can put up such a fight or taste as delicious as large Salmon does.
You and the captain will depart out of the Morro Bay Harbor early in the morning and target the species of Rockfish or Lingcod. All you need is drinks and snacks to make the trip complete.
Enjoy an 8-hour rockfishing trip targeting all different species of Rockfish with an emphasis on Vermillion (reds) and Lingcod. We prefer fishing shallower depths with light tackle for the best sportfishing experience!
