Brookings Coho Salmon Fishing Charters

This is a private charter. Your group gets the boat to yourselves, unlike many charters that sell seats on a crowded boat with unvetted strangers. For this reason, our charters may be a bit more expensive than other non-private charters.

You will be fishing for Kings and Coho Salmon with all the necessary equipment provided.

Trip is available for up to 6 hours or when the limit is caught. This rate is for 2 anglers. You'll need to buy a fishing license before the day. Please bring a small cooler of food and drink along. You should wear light clothes in layers and light colored-soled shoes.

On this trip, you'll target Rockfish and Lingcod. You'll head out further offshore and use heavier gear with bars and bait. The captain is happy to fillet your fish after the trip. Have a cooler in the car ready to take home. Don't forget to bring along a fishing license, food, and drink. Wear warm layers!

You get to experience the mighty Rogue River bay in all its glory with a possible whale sighting to plenty of seals. If the weather and ocean conditions permit, we may be able to go and catch some rockfish too. This is a shared trip, but if you would like to make it a private one, contact the captain.

During the fall, we get an amazing run of Chinook Salmon heading up the river, with the water rising this is the perfect time to jump in the drift boat and enjoy a gorgeous float down the river. On these trips, you can expect to be back trolling Kwikfish and bobber fishing for giant Chinook Salmon!!!

October through December we will be targeting Coho and King Salmon on Southern Oregon's Coastal Rivers. Meeting time and location varies. Currently we are targeting salmon in the bay out of my very large, comfortable, open sled. Once the rain arrives we will move to the Drift Boat further up the River.
