Sargent Sheepshead Fishing Charters

This amazing 8-hour trip will consist of drift fishing the Matagorda Bay system for Redfish, Trout, Flounder, and more. The charter will cover all the necessary gear.

NO FUEL SURCHARGE - NO PER PERSON SURCHARGE - LIMIT 6 PER BOAT. Go against some big and bad Red Drum (trophy Bull Red), Shark (seasonally), Snapper (seasonally), and anything else we can find. The captain will work hard to fill your cooler up with fresh fish for you to take home. All you need to bring is a valid fishing license WITH RED DRUM TAGS, sunscreen, drinks, snacks, and your favorite pair of sunglasses. A great trip for beginners or younger kids! Let's go get tight!

Spend the morning fishing 2-3 miles offshore. We'll target what is biting. Give your best shot at Red Drum (trophy Bull Red) and a variety of Shark. You might also catch Spanish Mackerel, Stingray, Cobia, and Mahi Mahi on occasion. The captain will do everything he can to fill your cooler with fresh fish for you to take home. Bring your drinks, snacks, sunscreen, and fishing license, and let's have a great time!

On this trip, you will be fishing for Flounder, Redfish, and Spotted Seatrout. Once you return to the shore, your catch will be cleaned and filleted. A dozen Croakers are at the price of $10USD. A quart of Live Shrimp is $20USD. This is an inshore trip.

This 5 hour shared trip gives you a chance to fish an amazing bay complex, guided by a passionate and experienced captain. You can catch a variety of species such as Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, and more. Capt. Chad fishes daily in both east and west Matagorda bays. He provides quality tackle, all you have to bring is a Texas state fishing license. *****Note: one pint of live shrimp is included. If your party wants more, then there are additional charges. Full day trips will typically depart at sunrise (6:00 a.m. summer and 7:00 a.m. winter). If the schedule allows, the captain can adjust departure times to accommodate your requests. All rods, reels, artificial lures, and terminal tackle are included in the price. Live bait will be an additional cost.

Spend the day on the water fishing for reds,speckled trout,floinder,and drum.

For your full-day trip, you can choose between his morning or his afternoon offering. Capt. Terry's morning trip runs from 6 am to 1 pm and his afternoon trip runs from 2 pm to roughly dark. Both options are great! Captain Terry's brand new 25' Dargel is totally decked out and very luxurious. It comes loaded with all the fishing rods, reels, and tackle you'll need for a successful aquatic excursion, all you need to buy is your Texas Fishing License and some bait which will run you 40-100$.
