Venice Red Snapper Fishing Charters

We will be fishing the Louisiana Gulf Coast. In the mornings, you get to see our marshes, which are estuaries for all kinds of life. We usually travel down the Mississippi River and back up in the afternoon. We catch bait in the morning using cast nets and Sabikis. We then venture out to our oil rigs and will use different fishing techniques for different times of the year. We mainly target Yellowfin Tuna but can target other species too.

We will start out at the mouth ofthe river making drops for red snapper. If they bite good then we will use the remaining time to try for red fish.

On this 6-8 hour trip, you'll head to the most secluded spots that only this captain knows of. You'll head into water with depths of only inches, in the mud flats just to get close to the fish. Quite literally, you'll do whatever's needed to catch the fish. Target delicious Flounder and Sheepshead, and exciting Redfish, Trout, and huge Black Drum, to make all your fishing dreams come true.

Headout for all day actionpacked hours of offshore fishing with a local pro! You'll go after a variety of monster game fish including Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Swordfish, Grouper, and Red Snapper. All of your gear, as well as bottled water, is provided but you will want to bring other snacks and drinks to keep you going all day. You'll also need to make sure to pick up a fishing license before your trip. FUEL IS NOT INCLUDED, it may fluctuate based on market price as well as mileage ($800- $1400)

This charter is about a 10-hour trip where you will head offshore to target Yellowfin Tuna and other species as you may come across them. Fuel and tip not included in price.
