Oak Hill Snook Fishing Charters

Enjoy a fishing charter in the scenic backcountry, inlet, and intercoastal waterways of New Smyrna Beach, just minutes from Daytona Beach. Target species include Grey Snapper, Redfish, Sea Trout, Snook and Tarpon, making this trip suitable for anglers of all skill levels. Black Drum, Flounder, Spanish Mackerel and Sheepshead are also caught in these waters, depending on the season. All bait, tackle, ice, and equipment are provided, along with the required State fishing license.

A $550 fee for starting the day fishing for 4 people. It's 5 hours of great Trout, Redfish, and Black Drum (when we can find them) fishing on the inland waterways of the Indian River and Mosquito Lagoon. We'll use live bait, lures, or whatever it takes to catch our target off guard. While we're looking for fish you might spot some of the local wildlife – dolphins, manatees, turtles, and numerous birds are readily viewable.

Four hours of fishing the edges of shallow flats and channels for Redfish, Snook, Black Drum, and Trout.

On this 5 hour trip, you will be fishing around the beautiful lagoon and go targeting some juicy tablefare, including Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Snook, Tarpon, Ladyfish, and maybe even some Mangrove Snapper. The trip runs for approximately five hours. We usually begin our trips in the early morning with the first light to make the most out of your trip. The captain will get the gear, bait, license, but you should bring food, drinks, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and a camera. Get your buddies and come!

We will leave the ramp and be fishing within no more than 20 minutes in Mosquito Lagoon. Spend 5 hours on these beautiful waters targeting a variety of species like Redfish, Snook, and Spotted Seatrout.

Hunter Bach will pole you through the beautiful landscape of low mangrove and cabbage palm islands and grassy flats as you hunt for tailing reds and laid-up snook or trout. Capt. Enjoy a lovely morning fishing in the Mosquito Lagoon. Captain Ryan takes you to all the best spots in the area, making sure you have the best chance of landing a great catch. The boat leaves the dock at 8:00 a.m. and gets back at 12:00 p.m.

Certain times of the year, weather conditions, moon phases, and temperatures are all deciding factors for where and how we fish. Part of my job is getting these details dialed in before you step onto the water with me.

The first few hours of light in the morning can be a fantastic bite. This 4-hour charter is for that fisherman or family that doesn't have the time to be on the water all day but still wants the opportunity to catch some fish. Inshore fishing can be pretty productive in these first few hours after sunrise. We will be fishing the inshore waters near New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, and Oak Hill, primarily looking at fishing structure and the backwaters of this unique fishery.
