Italy Swordfish Fishing Charters

This trip is all about that most prestigious catch - the Bluefin Tuna. You will go out after this beast, though other species can be targeted as well, such as Spearfish, Mahi Mahi, and others. All required gear is provided by the charter. Children under 10 are not allowed on this trip.

Fishing trip dedicated to Bluefin Tuna as the main target. You may also run across Tunas, Mahi Mahi, Sharks, bottom fish, and Swordfish. The average size of the Bluefin goes from 60 to 200 pounds. The first part of the trip will be dedicated to catching live bait by fishing inshore near wrecks or along the coastline. Then you will cruise a few miles and reach the main spot, where you will chum to attract Bluefin Tunas.

Before fishing, we first catch live bait such as mackerel, sardines, or squid, essential for attracting predators.We fish in deep waters, searching for powerful species. This method offers an exciting experience, combining skill, patience, and the thrill of the chase in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. Departures take place between 07:00 and 09:00, tailored to guest requirements and optimized according to weather conditions and tidal cycles. After an hours navigation, we begin a dedicated tuna fishing session. The captain will determine the best technique—either drifting or trolling—based on factors such as bait presence and sea conditions.
