Hobe Sound Swordfish Fishing Charters

A half day trip is the perfect way to test the waters in Stuart, fishing for Kingfish, Cobia, and much more. Top of the line gear and a fishing license are provided. Water and soft drinks are provided. You may bring your own alcohol. Live bait is not provided with the trip, only dead bait for trolling.

Nighttime trips allow you to catch Swordfish as they come up the water column at night to feed. This is a bucket list trip and these fish are exciting to fight and delicious to eat. You'll also get to go after Mahi Mahi and Sharks on these trips.

If you want sport fishing 101, this trip is great as it will give you enough time to fish. Deep waters are within minutes of your reach, and there are various fish to catch. Snacks and drinks are served onboard, the fishing gear and lures as well, and you can buy live bait as you exit the marina. The fishing license is included in the price, and the crew will clean your catch.

On Swordfish trips we target swordfish in 1,500+ feet of water with electric reels and heavy tackle.

Daytime Swordfishing has become a bucket list item for many anglers. This is a 10-hour trip due to the long run time to get to the swordfishing grounds.

Swordfish is one of the biggest fish native to south Florida and in the world. Right off the coast happens to be home to some of the best swordfishing on the planet. Growing up to 1000 lbs with a 4' Sword bill, the Swordfish trip is an all-or-nothing experience that could result in the fish of a lifetime. Not to mention a pile of delicious Sword steaks. Common bycatch: Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and Tripletail!

You'll target King Mackerel, Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Blue Marlin, and Mutton Snapper – please discuss with the captain prior to the trip. The rates include all tackle, fuel, crew, and bottled water. This charter will leave the dock at 7:00 a.m.

This trip is not for the novice. We travel out deep in waters up to 2200 feet. These trips require patience and the rewards can be amazing. The techniques and preparation make this a once-in-a-lifetime trip.
