Hawaii Bluefin Trevally Fishing Charters

This trip offers a half day experience on the North Shore of Oahu out of the Haleiwa harbor. Being that we are in the middle of the ocean and conditions change daily we offer a multitude of different experiences in this trip. When the water is calm we offer some excellent bottom fishing that includes many different species such as Ulua, blue fin Trevally, and uku. When the conditions are too rough to bottom fish we offer a near shore pelagic troll that includes mahi-mahi, wahoo, and tuna.

This is a 5-hour trip. You are still able to cover up to 20 miles in this short time and the boat's large size will make for a comfortable ride. You can start fishing immediately right out of the harbor for Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and Skipjack Tuna, and sometimes get Yellowfin Tuna within 3 miles from shore. Also depending on weather conditions, we can stay inshore trolling the 300 to 800 ft ledges that can be productive, or take a shot offshore in seven thousand feet. Catch is divided at Captains discretion.

Enjoy a 6-hour fishing excursion off the coast of Kauai. We will be targeting all the big game pelagic species, and hopefully, hook you up to that bucket list fish you have been dreaming about! Remember, the longer you are out, the better your chances of catching that monster fish!

Get ready for an awesome 5-hour fishing trip; mixing it up with bottom fishing and trolling. Some cool catches like tuna, mahi-mahi, snapper, trevally, and more. Please bring a Photo ID to the boat, and there is a 4.712% Hawaii GET tax, 3% marina tax and 3% credit card surcharge. Each guest keeps up to 5lb of fish for a meal or two. Fish 40lb and above must be brought to auction intact and can’t be cut.

Our 6 hour fishing charter is a great option to explore a little further offshore, or try other methods or locations to fish should the first plan not work out.
