So sorry about your bad experience.  This is not part of our vision. 

Also we are sorry you felt not confortable with sea roughness.

Please note this is a Customer Support of the company, we have had investigate this case with our crew.

As you now, our company operates 2 Boats, Captain Nelson can not be in both boats at the same time, but we work with experienced fishermen, Dario and Richard have more then 30 years fishing.

As an experience fisherwoman, you have to know that we have to find the seaweed line, and one day you can catch a lot of fishes but other you don’t find nothing, but in your case you catch a Barracuda.

We don’t control where the seaweed is, that is one of the adventures of fishing.

Also it is important to mention that we don’t garanteed catching, this is because is fishing.

You mentioned to our crew bottom fishing, but you did not request mixed fishing to us (to do this we have to coordinate in advance), because we have to came back to the dock to change the anchor, when you mention that possibility remaining time was not enough to do that.

As a witness and a third party of this situation, I would like you know that something represent Captain Nelsonis his integrity, he never lies and the people and clients around him knows this. 

In our industry the pending balance has to be paid before departure (you were notified about this from the beginning of the booking).

As you know round trip transportation was done in your service.

Is our responsibility to say to you our client, that we apologize this situation happened to you, but we feel is a little rude from you to say that personal things about Captain Nelson, when God knows is not true.

What ever, as part of our quality control, we’re going to analysed your case to see the improvement opportunities we can learn.

Thanks for your comment.  Its correct fishing is an adventure, sometimes you go out and despite all of your preparation and knowledge, but you still don’t catch anything and that’s the reason people use to say is fishing no catching.  Next could be better!
