I recently had the pleasure of going on a fishing trip with Sun King Charter, and it was hands down the best fishing experience I’ve ever had! From start to finish, everything was top-notch.

Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the local waters but also about the best techniques for catching fish. He patiently answered all our questions and ensured that we were taken care of. We caught a variety of fish throughout the day, including some impressive trophy-sized ones, thanks to his expert guidance!

The boat was well-equipped and spacious, making for a comfortable and enjoyable day out on the water. The captain’s experience showed in how smoothly everything went, from navigating the waters to finding the best fishing spots. The scenic views were just the cherry on top.

What truly set this trip apart was the level of service. Our guide went above and beyond, helping us clean and pack our catch at the end of the day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Let me start of by saying captain Aaron is the TRUTH. Super knowledgeable. Really cool guy. I can’t say enough good things about him and his fishing charter.  Captain Aaron really knows what he’s doing.  We booked a 4 hour earlier riser trip.  He knew exactly where to go.  Even though I’m not new to fishing I’ve never been on ocean fishing charter. Not only did he make it easy but was very patient with my son and I. He baited our hooks he removed the fish he had everything ready to go when we got there. We caught so many fish it wasn’t even funny, and we got back to shore he cleaned and bagged our fish for us.  I would do this again a 1000 times. Whoever reads this, if you book with someone else you’re making a BIG mistake.  The price is right and the vibe is even better.  Thank you captain Aaron!!!

We had a fantastic time out with Aaron. As a fellow Hoosier, we had a lot to talk about and when we got on the water, he told us everything we needed to know to ocean fish. My son caught a brilliant Parrotfish and then we proceeded to catch our daily quota on Yellowtail and Mangrove snappers from ONE location on our 3 hr trip. I’m sure Aaron would’ve moved if we had needed to find fish, but we didn’t! We did have a pesky bull shark that we had to beat when reeling in our fish, but that just made it more exciting! If I’m back in the Keys, I’ll for sure go fishing with Aaron again!

Not best weather.  Scheduled for 9 but captain Aaron said would be better at 12 and asked if we could change time.  Wind did die down some.  Caught bunch of fish enough for lunch.  He was great with my 7 year old grandson.  Trip was only 3 hours but I had been charged for longer and captain Aaron said that was too much and got it reduced.  Fun trip despite the weather not cooperating.  Give him a try.

We booked a half day reef fishing adventure with Captain Aaron who is freaking AMAZING! He’s super knowledgeable and laid back.  The boat ride was great and our lines were always baited and in the water. We caught tons of fish including yellowtail snapper, yellow jack and mackerel. Our 12-year-old said it was his best boating day ever. We will be booking with Captain Aaron for any future trips we make to the Keys.
