My husband and I were down in Zhijanteneho for our 31st wedding anniversary and decided a fishing charter would be a good way to celebrate. Uli and Eduardo were amazing, we caught 5 sail fish and fulfilled an item on our bucket list. I would recommend Uli and his team to anyone! We hope to come back with our son and daughter in law for another fishing charter. What a fantastic experience!

awesome day on the water. these guys tried everything to put fish in the boat. they were constantly looking and trying new lures and fresh bait. They even made us Fresh Ceviche (just ask previously) , which was awesome. Uli speaks perfect english and also has lots of knowledge outside of fishing about this area. I highly recommend this guiding service. Also, another great thing was they didn’t mind me using a card. We went on another boat, and it was a huge deal?

we went on a 7 hr trip with Uli and he was great anout texting the day before snd making sure he understood what we wanted to do . it was two dads and there sons , he took use to several locations to make sure we caight lots if different fish , lots of non stop action on the rods. great music , great people . last Uli , and first mate made us a type of ceviche it was amazing and the icing on the cake for a great fishing trip .

Fulfilled one of my lifetime dreams by catching a Sailfish with some help from Ulises and Eduardo.  They came well-prepared, worked hard, and provided me guidance to help me land a good sized sailfish, which we quickly photographed and then live-released.  An enjoyable day, which I plan to do again the next time I visit Ixtapa / Zihautenejo.  I highly recommend them.

Capt. Uli contacted us the day before our scheduled fishing trip(s). He went out of his way to assist us with an issue we had with our first hotel in Zihuantanejo and helped us with translation and re-location to Ixtapa. He was patient with our two boys (first time on the sea and first-time fishing) They were apprehensive with the boat rocking with the waves, but after the first fish was on the hook it all went away!. We decided to stay near shore and fish and not go way out for the chance of catching a big one. Capt. Uli got us on the bonita tuna and the boys had great fun catching lots of fish on both days. Overall, this was a great time for our boys. My goal was to make some life-long memories for them and fishing with Uli certainly accomplished this! Capt. Uli and his crew made for a memorable trip with lots of fish. I recommend Fishing with Uli if you want a good value and some fun for your money!
