He started his charter operation in New Jersey, but relocated to Florida due to the incredible and diverse fishery that is on offer. Captain Gregory is a proud father of three children and spends as much time as possible with his wife and children, both on and off the water. Today we had our new friends back for a half day mahi trip. We all knew the rain wouldnโ€™t let up with a stiff breeze. Knowing it would be safe but still no a perfect day we all decided to give it a whirl. Worked out nice Mike for his first Mahi and plenty more. Feels great to making memories again

Today we had some pretty stiff wind. We knew anything over 50 feet would be rough and our customers had no interest in that. They wanted a break from land and enjoy 4 hours together on the water while on vacation. A few fish for a few dinners while in town is what they really wanted. It all worked out! In 3 moves we had over 30 keepers and the customers shipped fresh flash frozen fish to thier family immediately after the trip. We will be with them again Friday we will target bigger fish... stay tuned

Fished a little deeper today in hopes of some bigger Yellowtails and for a short period of fishung we where happy with the results. All of a sudden birds started going nuts and we tossed some bait into the birds and landed two mahi which made some delicious tacos...we didnโ€™t fish long.. just trying to stay on top of the fish for when we open up again on JUne 1

We certainly understand folks come to the Florida Keys hoping and some expecting to catch fish sometimes on a 4 hour trip like they see on tv or social media. The reality is we are out here everyday. We know what we would pay to fish for that day and why. We are always willing to take someone for that bucket list fish but will let them know the odds may or may not be in their favor. The point is when I travel and book fishing charters I leave it up to the crew to give me the best odds and most fun. Ask the Captains here what is going to be your best odds and make the decision based upon our input. We all want you to have a great time. We understand to spend hard earned money chasing after something that isnโ€™t around or biting can be frustrating. Letโ€™s fish, make memories and have fun. Today we had a great day with mom and dad along with 3 boys that killed it. The wind Oceanside was puffing a little more than I thought the boys could handle. I suggested fishing the Florida Bay which is shallower and much calmer waters. The backwater did not disappoint. Non stop action kept the boys bailing fish all morning. They even landed a Goliath Grouper. Surely a day none of us will forget.

Here in Marathon we are certainly known for our reef fishing. Today was another great day with plenty of great eating and hard fighting fish on light tackle. We have been fishing a little shallower lately with the wind but that hasnโ€™t stopped the smiles and fun one bit!
