- Background
- I was born and raised in to the commercial fishing industry as a youngster in my earlier days. Entered the US Navy in 1965, served for 23 years and retired as a Naval Officer. I started our charter service while in the navy and have continued to enhance it since retiring. Fishing and the ocean is in my blood. I love being on the water because every day is different, you never know what you will encounter next. My wife and I have 9 grandchildren and I have had the pleasure of getting them involved with their experiences on the water. I love taking kids fishing and making their first experience one to remember.
- Techniques
- We do all kinds of fishing. Bottom, slow trolling live bait, flat lining for striking fish and shark fishing. Some of it is seasonal, some is here year round. Water temperature is the controls what fishing I do. The colder the water the less fish activity we have. My preference is bottom fishing because I was brought up on it, and you never know what will happen when you drop that sinker to the bottom!!
