Had a great day with Joel and Luc.  Went for Lingcod and had one on within seconds of getting to the spot.  Knowledgeable, fun and accommodating I would highly recommend taking a charter with Strwaberry Island charters

Joel took us to the Hot Springs and than we went fishing for 2 hours and caught 8 fish!!! Joel and Luc were fantastic and had a great sense of humour!!

Been fishing with Strawberry Island for 10ish years. I don’t know how many trips, but more than ten. We’ve filled a truck three times doing tuna trips. Caught the basset fish Ive ever caught, a monster halibut, with these guys too. I make a point to stay on the island every time I come because why would you do anything else? And the accommodations have always been good, and have only gotten better over the years. They even have one float home now with a fishing hole in the floor, for those people that can’t stop when they get back to land for the night.
Can’t say enough good things about this crew, Joel and Luke are the best. Last time I even brought the wife and daughter, and they had a blast as well. I may have to bring them more often as a result. There’s plenty to do in town, lots of good food. I’m told there’s surfing, but that’s not my bag. I’m looking forward to my next trip. Every time it’s like coming to second home. They’re a real addition to the family.
