I’ve never fished in Minnesota.  I’ve always wanted to catch a northern pike. It’s a bucket list fish for me.  Nate not only found the fish, correctly rigged us for success, and provided all the instructions to set me up for a great day of fishing. I could not be happier with Nate, his experience, and friendly coaching for a novice. I will never forget the great time, good conversation, and great fishing. I’ve fished off and on most of my life and have a pragmatic approch to fishing. They’re biting, or they’re not.  Nate might have changed that belief. The predator fish weren’t biting, so he got us on crappie and we limited out. And I have a gallon ziploc bag full of fillets! Great day!
