This could have easily been a positive review — you landed a tuna, even though it was off-season, and experienced a range of active fishing techniques. Our crew adapted when you changed your request mid-charter from deep sea to rod-in-hand fishing.

They extended your trip by over an hour and used extra fuel, all at no extra cost, doing their best to give you a great experience.

It’s clear there was a mismatch in expectations — fishing in Fiji is very different to Florida, and it seems you hadn’t researched what to expect here.

You made it clear during the trip that you’d leave a bad review if we didn’t offer a discount — and unfortunately, you went ahead with that anyway. While we welcome fair feedback, this approach feels unfair to a crew that remained professional and respectful throughout.
